First day on the slimming world...might have gone over my allowance but it wasn't do bad! So here was what I ate:
Breakfast
Weetabix
Skimmed Milk
(Had a skinny wet cappuccino in Costa before one of my meetings which really I shouldn't have done as I think it tipped me over my allowance!)
Mid morning Snack
Slimming World Hifi Chocolate and caramel snack bar
Lunch
3 Pieces of Ham
2 Boiled Eggs
Heinz Spaghetti
Mid afternoon snack
Strawberries
Evening Meal
Steak
Green Beans
Boiled Potatoes
Pepper Sauce made with skimmed milk
(approx one third of a packet)
Evening treat
Half a bar of Crunchie! It was delicious and very much enjoyed it!
All in all not a bad start to the diet. Really hoping for a 3lb loss in my first week as I've certainly got lots to lose!
