Ok so it looks like I might have messed up my second day! I started putting my suns and stuff into the mobile app and then did my food diary and missed a few things out! Oops... Conveniently forgot that I had half a lager after work and then had a Crunchie as my evening snack!

Evening Meal (Same as last night)
Steak
Green beans
Boiled potatoes
Pepper sauce*
I suppose to make up for my little hiccup I need to get my ass back out there and start exercising. It's quite a scary thought but it's got to be done as I won't be able to shift the lbs
*Pepper sauce was a little runny as I added some boiled water so didn't have have as much as I did last night!
