So it's been 3 weeks and I've lost another 1.5lbs, totalling 10.5lbs! Which I have to say I'm quite impressed with!
It hasn't been a breeze as some days I've really craved tasty food and treats but I've pretty much got through it. Last week I had 2 off days which involved chocolate, KFC and generally pigging out - all because I wasn't feeling well. So looking back 1.5lbs is pretty good and I only went on one run.
Ok, so my week ahead involves 2 days out and a bank holiday. My challenge is to get in some exercise!
Meals have been pretty standard this week but I will say that Tesco Light Choices Lasagne and Chicken Curry have been awesome!
