Well, I spent the first part of the day sweating out a fever as I ended up feeling very unwell yesterday with flu like symptoms but I've stuck to the plan today!

Didn't have because I didn't get up out of bed until 3pm

Homepride Curry Sauce (1/3 tin) 6 syns
Green and red peppers
Chicken
Wholemeal Rice
Half a bar of Crunchie
Extra strong mints
Coffee with skimmed milk and sweeteners
